Unit 1 turn: renter went M2M, didn't up their rental insurance, 2 huskies from previous owner's lease lived there urinated and destroyed hardwood floors.

I was at hotel recently and I saw a couple with a husky going through the lobby.

And, a fellow UConn Husky.

Q: As they have a husky dog, which means in the end of the lease there might be (hopefully not of course) some repairs to be done, is there any specific rules with active military regarding security deposits?

@Raul Salmeron I didn't mean that they stay there while you have big husky men bringing in laminate beams and sheet rock. ;-) They get "quiet enjoyment" while they are renters.

There are breeds I would have a hard no on (chows, chihuahuas, husky [in multifamily, they talk a lot of smack]) but a pit is not one of them.

I'm more willing to listen to and believe barking Huskies on YouTube.At least in this market.
