Plus, this is a great tenant and I want to keep them happy.Some context:My property manager does inspections twice a year and provides air filters.The HVAC system is from 2018 (central air/heat pump).I’m thinking maybe one visit from a handyman to flush the drain and clean the coils, and one visit from a professional HVAC company for a full checkup.Curious what others would do in this situation.

I feel like with you putting that out there, that you are (at this point) trying to be as transparent as possible, and in all likelihood you're probably trying to the best of your abilities to clear the air on these rumors and are generally honest to the best of your understanding of the deal structure.However - I don't think you actually understand the question that is being asked of you.This buyer side only statement still does not show the amount that was paid to the seller for the property.

We put up signs suggesting opening the windows when using the fireplace for fresh air, but that whole concept scared the crap out of me.I found paper ashes and matches in the fireplaces when they had push-button start, so that also concerned me.I found what I think was melted marshmallow on the logs, so that concerned me.Long story short, I would go electric.
