I was pretty successful with it from 2010-2020 but when deals started to dry up it was more inconvenient than worth it unless you made it a full time thing like Chris, raised money etc.It's just difficult finding a reliable source to buy from as an individual investor so if it's just to get a couple extra % on your investments it's likely not worth it.
