I've found it to be a helpful close-knit investing community here.

It’s also very tight knit.

But it is a reliable way to find smaller yet competent plumbing outfits in those ageing, tightly-knit Mon Valley steeltown communities like Clairton (and Munhall) that can have valuable under-utilized contacts.

Seems like a pretty small, tight knit RE area.

However; my son and I were able to push through and finish the projects, under the most challenging of circumstances, as we were a very tight knit family.  

I normally recommend professional PM for out of state owners, but the hospitals communities are pretty close-knit.

I would like the site to operate similar to Trulia but locally in the sense of lead generation and then distribution of those leads among a closely knit network of agents, not only myself.
