I’ve found a couple things really move the needle here:Pro-quality listing photos + broad syndication (Zillow, Redfin, Apartments.com, etc.) to reach tenants faster.Exploring mid-term rentals (traveling nurses, military TDY); these are becoming a strong niche in Honolulu.

Also there will be infrastructure development  Up here in Oregon silicon forest they wont allow anymore of them. take up to much room ( oregn is land limited and as stated does not move the needle enough for the local economy once up on running..

I would really look to online lead sources and mailing, those are really going to move the needle.

Just another dig at the host by VRBO to push the needle further towards guests.

Fight for things like bonus depreciation or lower deficits that would help lower interest rates for investors, or more opportunity zones, or something that will really move the needle for you. 

Excited to see you go after a duplex/triplex/quad next, those can really move the needle.
