And the lender generally does not want to see any money at all going to the owner and in fact many times is trying to get the owner to sign a note for the short fall.. apples and oranges in my mind when it comes to what the thread is talking aboutThis thread is about buying houses from distressed homeowners in foreclosure and particularly your comment was about the foreclosure rescue laws and I bet most the investors on here have no idea what they are.

James we do have to keep in mind  Ken is selling a service.. and a training. so there is inherent bias in his posts which is numerous on Sub to threads as we have seen.Well, this one reads to me like Ken is bashing Pace for selling a blue tonic, calling it snake oil, and saying everyone should buy his orange tonic...... and the ingredients label says snake oil.......
