People had such a bad taste for real estate during that period it was silly.

It will also give you a taste so you know if you like managing property or not.

But I’m still learning, and I know tastes shift quickly, depending on the market, the buyer, and even the vibe of the neighborhood.I’d love to hear what others are noticing.

I don't even live in the building so I thought this sounded too risky for my taste.

I had always been interested and excited to become a real estate investor and had a little taste of it when I moved from Virginia to Illinois, upon retiring from the military. 

I tend toward modern, minimalist and want quality wood furniture, flatware, original (not necessarily expensive) art and nice light fixtures but that's just kind of my personal taste overflowing.

I have good tenants, but I don't want to use their decorative "taste" in my marketing photos and I'd rather not have to stage a house if I can find an easier (and more affordable) way.

Even if you keep the same photos or description, tweaking your copy and enhancing photos (even just with tasteful edits) can improve click-through and conversion rates. 

Having the people who believed in them chase them down to get what is theirs and owed to them back left with nothing but broken trust, betrayal and  a bad taste in your mouth for the RADD company as a whole.
