I’m hoping that same gut that digested the follow-up tasty French fries is also the gut telling you to go with Jake and Gino.

See, as a patient quality of life is vital but being imprisoned to appts and treatments makes it hard to travel anywhere much unless to drs so I’m thinking if I theme each STR differently from decor down to even snacks etc I may stay booked a lot but mainly it’s my way of making a difference.

We have tried to avoid the startup stuff (e.g all free lunches and snacks) - this tends to work well with younger generations and technical staff (e.g software developers).

Grab a snack or a beer and share your successes, ask your questions, and network with other Las Vegas area investors.

Unless it's some sort of stop and shop/convenience store where those workers can quickly grab a bite or some snacks for their shift. 

Almost anything will be appreciated- from “yappy hour” for your dog loving tenants to show off their pups and give them snacks, to a taco bar dinner night.

A sub is a underwater boat or a tasty sandwich.
