It really comes down to the type of guest experience you want to offer - mountains vs. beach, year-round bookings vs. seasonal highs.

Or, they will be able to offer you and  with a repayment plan to help you focus on your goals.  

You just have to offer deals that don't do justice to your property.

I was curious as looking into options to offer those looking to do 1031 exchange and waas curious at what point its worthwhile - which the response is what I expected.
