Forget 8 hour days watching the clock.Have a voracious appetite for knowledge (and later wisdom that comes from experience).Get out there and network.If you do all of that well, 10, 15, 30 years from now, you won't be disappointed or have regrets. 

Earn your first Downpayment: Find a part time job / side hustle and save, save more, and then keep saving (words of wisdom from my uncle) 2.

These guys are just going to fly in, impress you with what they have done in their careers, offer some canned wisdom about 'taking action' and fly out.

First pearl of wisdom: beware of guru's who coach outdated "wholesaling" and creative finance strategies that are not relevant to you or your local market.

All previous wisdom on how, where and what to buy still applies, you just get to be more selective on the price you're willing to pay.
