Maryland has made good progress in reducing child exposure.  

My wife and I just had our first child and while we want to buy a home in the area, I'm concerned because I'm starting a whole new career in a whole new area. 

I went part time 2.5 years ago when our first child was born. 

RE  Mortgage banker etc.2. criminal and credit back ground checks with redacted personal info IE SSI. but you want them to know your not an ex felon or did not pay your child support etc.3.

Later on in that same visit she mentioned a 3rd child.

It felt like I asked if I could shoot child pornography in her units and kick her back 20% of the profits.I'm legitimately confused and any suggestions would help but just reading this was probably torture enough for your guys.

Almost makes me want to have another child.

What I'm really hoping is that despite everything we're talking about here, more and more people pile into the segment at the height of the next economic cycle and I'll be able to eventually sell my portfolio online to some numbers-obsessed out-of-state child of the mind with money burning a hole in his pocket who only hears what he wants to hear.

Family is the easy answer.. and I guess in my child rearing years I wanted enough to support them well and put both my kids through collage on my dime.. so they were not saddled with student loans..

There was nothing scalable about what I had done (got married and had a child while the small multifamily market got more and more expensive) from 2009-2013 so I moved on to other areas of investing.
