Does anyone give clients a gift or something nice to make their moving day easier/better?   

That 31 unit deal is the gift that keeps giving and we spent 0 out of our pocket!

They want at least half of their money from gifts to go into those accounts- and the percent keeps growing. 

They have the gift of time especially someone in their 20s.

Sonic Runs - ordering food for the team, letting them eat free (after residents have been fed at mealtimes of course), letting them know you appreciate them for the little things small gifts here and there when appropriate, having an open door etc. 

I too am working to get this accomplished through real estate as a tool to ensure financial stability for my family now and to leave as a gift/tool for my kids and their children

I know one guy who hates brokers and will never use one  because his mother had a romantic affair with a broker and it broke up his family when he was a kid.
