I suspect like tenants there are a fair number of local landlords who aren't on the internet and have no idea about online screening companies.I did point out to one landlord that his "gut" screening techniques didn't work so well in his personal life since he was going through his fourth divorce and that perhaps he might consider this method wasn't the best when choosing tenants either.Gail

But likely, the only major change will be a slightly higher capital gains tax.On the plus side, Biden being in office will take the wind out of the far Left I suspect, which will mean less crazy local ordinances banning evictions, wildly restricting tenants screening, etc.

There was some exaggeration in the review, but I suspect a lot of the items listed did bother the guest and as they thought about their stay their feelings about the unit worsened.
