Assuming the savings would be in the personal property lower interest loan, lower maintenance costs since I can inspect & diagnose problems, make some improvement along the way.

Management is so much easier when you’re just diagnosing problems and scheduling repairs.

But just like a good doctor would not diagnose your condition over the internet, giving you specific advice about your personal situation is just as bad. 

You can’t diagnose yourself from a google search.

I have been both formally diagnosed and medicated in the past for paranoia, and I feel I'M BARELY PARANOID ENOUGH for real estate.

A lot of Wills are executed by people who are medically diagnosed to be mentally disabled, therefore there are a lot of cases where either Sate or disputing heirs take culprits to court.

For instance, you or your love ones get diagnosed with cancer or serious illness, become disabled and need 24hr care, get in a car wreck and get sued, the bank closes your lines of credit (yeah I already said this but this really made me mad with a 780 credit score), the market crashes, you get divorced, a riot or hurricane or earth quake or flood wipes out or damages most your properties, and the list goes on and on.
