What platforms & technologies does your brokerage offer?

I'm very close to closing on my first duplex, and I am wondering what types platforms/services you all use for screening tenants and managing your properties.

Okay, was hoping to compare because obviously there are trade offs everywhere.Absolute must have: the ability to automate communications on all platforms.

But if it makes no sense today, gambling on tomorrow isn't the best strategy.

Of course all my loan portfolio is commercial property, and although I do hold four  notes solo, I hold percentage interest in 16 other notes through our crowd funding lending and note platform. 

Has anyone on this platform tried out SpaceQuant (https://www.spacequant.com)?

Some lenders will use about 70% of the income shown on a platform like AirDNA.

I will be a remote STR host and I will need somebody to keep the yard in good shape and shovel the (occasional) snow.My HUNCH is there must be some kind of Uber/Lyft/AIRBNB-style crowdsourcing platform for these kinds of services.
