I've got a project manager in place (because I can only dedicate part time hours to the actual rehabbing process), and I'm shopping several different properties in the area.I was really surprised when I started doing some hunting and seeing 30, 40, 50 thousand difference in LP and Tax-assessed value here in Fort Wayne.

@Sherry Norman  put the shoe on the other foot as a capable funder I see your type of posts all the time the only thing your bringing to the table is the deal.. plenty of deals out there. if you have to post on line for a money partner that's your problem right there your not strong enough.I suggest you get your money partner FIRST then go shopping I think you have the cart before the horse..

I did not read the entire post -- sorry if it's a duplicate.call around to all local cabinet specialty shops -- high volume shops sometimes have orders that fall through and are custom made for someone else's space that can be a great deal -- and retrofit into the space in which you need it.hope this helpsalso if you install the prefab unfinished cabinets yourself you can do an average sized kitchen for 1200 + 200 for paint/stain done in 3-4 days max

I picture its location, and I can only picture that it has enormous potential.You have easy access to the Pike from multiple parts and subsequently commutability to both the I-495 and 128 technology belts, a commuter rail station to Boston, a growing public university, vibrant shopping at route 9, a bunch of relatively new reputable breweries, etc.
