Hi @Adam York ,I looked at your place...I'm just going to expound on my thoughts about it, looking it as a potential customer and as an owner would.Outside it's pretty, (but to me it) looks like a (nice higher income neighborhood) Medical Dental building vs. apartments, but that is not a deal killer.

Both parents were/are very entrepreneurial, exhibiting a strong, self-sacrificing work ethic: owned restaurants in SF & a dental lab in SF then moved Palo Alto. 

I stopped at Walgreens to pick up some dental floss and got in line.

For me, I have access to a few hundred dental students I can rent to who are academically elite, responsible young adults.
