I don't know anyone in the Houston area but I do know that it seems to be a very healthy booming area so I have no doubt that you will see much success as a general contractor! 

So at least in my mind it makes it easier to set cash flow goals that satisfy my desired lifestyle, and work backwards.

The current methods I have been pursuing, such as Facebook, Posting listings, and reverse searching have created a healthy pool of residential buyers.

So go with what you are comfortable with, what fits in with your time/lifestyle and of course your budget.

I did take one down that was not healthy, but the tree guy said all of the others are in great shape and the tenants like the trees (as do I).

Let me share a little about my self and some may get a better understanding of what I'm about.I love healthy debates and healthy disagreements as one can learn from them.I believe that real estate investing is not one size fits all!

The ideal lifestyle I would like to create is one filled with passive income.

Now we have a detailed plan on how to scale up and a healthy respect for the game and the lessons that each phase will teach us.Imagine what your portfolio will look like in 5 years think about the smallest unit in it and go out and try to get the best deal you can on THAT one tomorrow.Hope it helps and good luck!
