I'm looking at a mixed use building with apartments and retail stores that are 100% occupied. the numbers look good so far but just hoping some locals/experienced investors in that area might chime in with any thoughts about the area as I'm very inexperienced with St.

Other properties rented by the US government have been well taken care of, I have never experienced not being able to reach the manager.
