I would recommend reading a little book that is just about the best book ever written about wealth creation called, "The Richest Man In Babylon" by George S Clason.

I highly recommend to check the Free How-To Guides and books including the podcasts.

Get ahold of a Dave Ramsey book on how to control your spending as well. 

I would start with simple book like Leigh Robinson's Landlording (about any recent edition, available very affordable used).

I purchased J Scott's book this am.

Of course, you need to read The Ultimate Beginners Guide to REI here on BPIf you haven’t already, please read/listen to these books ASAP!

Many loans sit on banks books for years without them taking any foreclosure action whatsoever, for a variety of reasons.

The way I approached it is by having a local vacation rental management company, I complement bookings the rental management company gets with my own advertisements.In the AZ area I went with a company called AwayLiving. 

Anyway, I received the package and it contained a few books, but mostly audio CD's.

I recommend the podcasts and the free books (both under the Learn tab up top on the website).
