With Xero I was dealing with multiple currencies which became a complete nightmare and found a great accountant who sat down and walked me through it.If you find that this is too much work or too difficult you could easily give a bookkeeper a login for you account and they could take over.

While one can argue it is speculative and may not be advisable, it is nonetheless a valid strategy. 2) For foreign investors, it's an indirect play on strength on US dollars.3) Sometimes real estate preserves values better than other more liquid assets (e.g. cash).

Sure, there are some oddball exceptions for religious objections or foreign diplomats, but I'm not aware of a Federal law that says you are required to rent to someone without a SSN.

maybe requiring the original SS card (or an original certificate from SSA for originals lost) will help weed out illegal residents in CA where we are not allowed to discriminate between citizens vs non-citizen residents nor make unreasonable demands for documentation ie ask a person with a strong accent for a passport in addition to their driver's license when we just accept a driver's license (or combination of driver's license and SSN as 'two forms of official ID') from other applicants without a foreign accent or whatever?
