We also own the home we live in now in Valrico, Florida and are looking to BRRRR some cash flowing rentals (preferably small multifamily) in the Central Florida area.I have BiggerPockets to thank for my interest and ability to act on this desire.

It would be nice to know if some of these species of modern building lumber are less desirable to termites.

The west side of the metro seems to have the best combination of growth, value, and long-range desirability.

So far I have experienced the many no's that will be commonplace in my attempt to serve those who genuinely desire to grow a business with fruitful, lasting success.I have resolved myself to accept that, even if I never receive a yes, even after 10,000 messages conveyed to prospective individuals, I will accept that I put in every effort, and let it not be said that I did nothing.

I have a strong desire to enter into multi-family investments, and am currently looking at finding the best strategy at entering the real estate investing world with limited capital and being fresh out of college.

I have a burning desire to create a positive financial future for my family, along with moving to Cisco, TX to be with my kids.
