I have been reading that becoming an unlicensed RE assistant allows you to use the agents MLS.

Hopefully the seller will assist in making this process easy for the tenants.

Fortunately, it is an attorney who will handle your contract at the title company and will assist you in regards to what paperwork needs to be filled in/signed.
