Alright get off the illegal aspect I'm not a lawyer here I don't know the monopoly laws that well so stop trying to bust my balls.As far as the investment though, we usually get the properties for around 20% below market value because of our purchasing power, etc..

Understand that the agent is representing the seller and part of the agent’s job is to handle that kind of information.
