Second if that doesn't work try finding an investor friendly agent or real estate lawyer that can help you revise your contract 'to make sure you have all the necessary mandated language on it.

Alright get off the illegal aspect I'm not a lawyer here I don't know the monopoly laws that well so stop trying to bust my balls.As far as the investment though, we usually get the properties for around 20% below market value because of our purchasing power, etc..
