To get my local data I need to talk to my Realtor.All RE is very local, not just to the zip code and neighborhood, but when you boil it all the way down it's the individual property because each property is unique in itself.

Put on the key code type locks otherwise your going to end up with so many keys your going to go crazy.. you keep the master code the same to all locks and then program their code.. expensive first time around but you'll love it in the end..Same for entry door,,, code lock and change code if someone moves out.
