The range of bids you'll get may be surprising.  

Building inspectors come around and they'll fine you and sometimes do surprise visits to see if the kitchens has been permanently removed.  

The more you make, the more you can save and it becomes a snowball effect. 2) If you can put aside 10% of every pay cheque into an investment like an ETF, it will grow surprisingly over the years thanks to compound interest.

It can be "one stop shopping" for you and add a lot of convenience.
