I'd like to bring up this necro'd thread (since it's the only one I've started on BP) to update the world on my status: In the intervening 8 months, I've drafted up a business plan which started as a collection of thoughts and I've slowly organized it over time.

it just becomes messy... personally I like to keep things 'clean' and organized in the lease and would rather make 1700 the 'base rent' and '150' as the pet rent for that particular pet.

I definitely need to step my Excel game up for better organization.
