@Shayne Williams Tell him no problem and then 5 minutes before the showing appointment text him and let him know that you ran out of gas and forgot your wallet at home, but you have a certified check for $1,000 for him for the showing, so you need him to front you $50 for the gas so you can get there and give him the $1,000 check.

PM writes its so cold the gas bill is very high they cant afford the gas bill and rent.. and have a new baby.. they would like a 3 month hiatus on rent and then pay the balance over the summer.. well at the end of 3 months they just up and left  LOL.. stung yet again..

Jen,This is so true and food up most of it 20% plus some natural resource such as gas and oil up 100-200% which cause all transportation and distribution cost to skyrocket...Bottom line another monst bill will affect all of us and worldwide all countries seems to be having BIG inflation issues...
