Since I had no hard evidence that it was marijuana and it was coming from his unit (even though I have a lot of reason to believe it was him), I only addressed what the lease says and that a violation of the lease results in eviction.

again, the problem is they're punishing the wrong people...make the jail times lengthier for marijuana possession if that's the issue--don't fine the landlords bc their tenants are smoking weed..how does that teach the tenant to get in gear and become a better citizen?

Until there is a successful therapeutic drug or vaccine (which is 18 months out being optimistic) the economy for the most part will be in shutdown for many months.
