There are various websites you can to (just google your state and rental lease) and download some sample leases.

You dont get that with some lease you download from google or the lease from office depot. 

But no one is complaining about google.

This is why if you Google search phrases like Real Estate Rebates, Florida Realtor Rebates, Etc., you see so many hundreds of thousands of realtors offering massive rebates to consumers.From a Realtor's perspective, on a 500k purchase of a listed property:would a realtor rather get ahead of this rebate wave and loan back $10,000 of the commission at a very low rate to the buyer Post Closing and ultimately keep the entire 3 Points?
