We've seen it time and again and it only leads to folks living in some horrible, low income apartments or rental homes instead of allowing folks, who fully choose to live in RVs and manufactured home a safe, affordable Park to live in.It also makes prices on existing Park prices go up and many deteriorate b/c they know their guests have no other choice.

We were thinking that we would purchase the tank for this unit approximately 1200, rent it to the tenant for $20/month, this is about the average cost to rent in the area where the units are, this would allow the tenant to pick any propane company that they choose and then companies would not be removing and installing tanks every time a tenant moves.

Let her handle it with the Police (as everyone else says) if she chooses that avenue.Don't get involved in the emotional business of renters (Sorry to hear you've broken up--the rent is due at the end of the month--we're not going to have a problem with that are we?)
