You are not going to achieve your dreams analyzing a deal to death.

I would say that, in general, there are still areas where this is achievable.

But that doesnt mean i can't learn how to figure out property values, source deals, and make attempts to negotiate with motivated sellers in the meantime.

For the last 6 months, I've been reading more of his books, and getting more motivated to get my first deal.  

Success in this business is raising capital to purchase notes, “working” the note, and earring the difference between the rate you achieve and the rate you pay to your investors.

How can I achieve this and is this realistic?
