Will they cold call hundreds of agents a week asking for pocket listings?

I already converted out one gas heat property to electric so the only gas bill we have across over 40 properties is for cooking stoves and domestic hot water for one seven unit building.

Inspections inspections inspections.We had almost everything wrong with the house, and we skipped the inspection.ISSUES:-Water pressure regulator was shot and was at 160psi for months.

I had my water supply pipes replaced with copper and added a lot of electric lines to the kitchens and bathrooms where most big appliances are being used. 

A full conversion is expensive, not only you need an aditional kitchen, you also need asecond HVAC, water heater, plumbing and electrical system.

If you were to evenly split utilities there may be more arguments over who used more water, if someone was out of town, etc.

Also, HOA fees are likely higher, but they often include things like water and trash service.  

Assumed 100$/month for Water & Sewer and 50 for garbage.Does that sound right? 

Hello, I recently found a house with a fair price but it comes with rotting on boards on top deck and water pool (improper drainage) in front on the sidewalk.

I see this in the data and also in my business: we work with a lot of relocation clients and the reasons (for moving to Milwaukee) are usually cost of living, followed by smoke (from the fires), water (droughts in the SW) or floods.
