Look for places that bring big value and REAL connection, meaning face-to-face meetings, groups, or at a minimum Zoom styled events that include group interaction, not just one person talking with everyone else muted.

The more that I heard reports about Roofstock and asked questions both of Zack (mentioned above) and the president Gary Beasley (I had a chance to interact with him directly on a Stacking Benjamins FB Live event) I became convinced that their system offered a way for me to test the waters with minimal friction.Their site has some built-in calculators that help to assess the different properties.

I've created a FB page for my business and I plan on joining and interacting in the groups to start getting a list of potential buyers.3.This is the toughest question, I currently don't have an exit strategy other than an inspection clause that I could use to renegotiate the deal.
