When I got my Real Estate License, I first tried to study by using Real Estate Express, however, doing the studying all online was difficult for me personally...I was not able to ask anyone questions or get good real life examples.

Since this is about buying real estate, or finding real estate deals, I put it into this forum section.I'm been a software developer all my life, been programming since I was 10, founded a few tech companies and sold them before jumping into real estate.

She believes that by working hard at her day job she will be able to live a comfortable life while I want to make sacrifices now to invest and live more than comfortably in 10 years.  

Other than making a typo, screwing something up, and needing to take months of your life to correct it?

The one suggestion I can give you is if you have a lot of capital built up you might want to consider joining Lifestyles Unlimited. 

Be careful to not go into this too quickly- you've got the rest of your life to invest in properties.

I am $65 dollars a sq ft in Salisbury NC for a 52 unit town home duplex style , our 98 unit town homes ( basically apartment all rentals Charlotte NC ) we will be at $71 dollars a Sqft all in with land.

Bought a house with VA loan in hometown (Ellwood City), market in the area continued to decline due to areas nearby stealing the life out of it IMO (Chippewa Township for example).Due to various factors, made decision to pay down heavily the last year, got out from underwater, and recently sold it on 4/22 and walked away with a small amount of proceeds.I know that with an FHA loan, if you eventually convert it to a conventional loan, you can reapply for another FHA loan.
