There is a cancer in the U.S. that's being allowed to run wild, and that's the "I am OWED" sickness.

I'm not too concerned with Argentina's wild inflation in regards to their peso because I would be dealing in US$ and would hope to be renting for USD as well through Airbnb/VRBO ect.

Once the basic repairs are done, I would maybe look for a handy tenant at a reduced rent (I am making a wild assumption that you don’t feel you are capable / too busy with kids, work, life).

On first floor, there is a 50 plus lady who moved in alone. 

Nothing too wild just an intellectual gathering of like minded individuals to build a network with.

Add to that the wild variability of occupancy rates and you really need to have margins and or deep pockets and a strong stomach.
