(West of Chicago). 

East to Long Island, West to New Jersey, North to Westchester/Upstate NY and South to Georgia, the Carolinas and Florida.Its tough to gage how long this will last but I don't see it slowing down anytime soon because of the reasons you mentioned... more folks are working from home and they don't seem to want to do that in congested areas.

There is even a 4 plex on the market near me that looks newly renovated, but qualifying is always the question.My current duplex, asking $750k, West End Neighborhood of Santa Rosa.

I actually saw a few dream Triplexes in Germantown and West Philly that would cashflow over $5k a year but held off on making an offer because the zoning was R3AS instead of RM1.

Hi Team BP- As a newbie looking to jump into the BRRRR game for the Illinois market (North/West Suburbs of Chicago), I was interested in hearing how you financed your first deal & in hindsight, if you would have changed the method.

Hood, TX and all cities to the south, east and west of the Austin, TX area. 

Same thing going on here on the West coast too.

I am surprised by the current on-market deals as supply seems to be very limited west of the 15 highway and in Henderson.
