This won't work for this property, but this is what you can do in the future.You can't talk to, or influence the appraiser in your current refi situation, however, if you know you will be refinancing in the near future (next time), say 2-3 months, go and get your own appraisal first.

There are 3 primary problems with using Redfin. 1) They have no idea what they are doing..they often misprice properties, do not know how to compete in a competitive market. 2) Many people in the market place view properties as being listed by Redfin as being poorly maintained.
