It was a pain but I haven’t had an issue since. 

I believe this can be a deal because the seller has many pain points.

Keeping a tenant, even below market, is cheaper than a turnover unless they are a big pain.

Real life pain makes us super smart.

Go today and talk to them all and ask what their pain points were with the last landlord and discuss how long they want to stay, etc.

I wish they had more features for maintenance requests, one time payments etc but since it’s Zillow my hope is these features will be developed over time and now it “works” but this is only with 4 rentals, I could see it being more of a pain if I had more units.

If so, you need to send a letter to the tenant explaining that you are happy to pain the unit but can't because of the stuff in the unit.
