The thing is my father is the chairman of the charity, so I'm not sure if this would be considered a prohibited transaction or not.Any good CPAs or Solo 401k experts out there who can clear this up?

Hello Bryan,I'm just reading this thread and am curious what your father decided to do. 

I work for my father who has an electrical contracting business, so over the years I've learned a good amount of the trade.

We are also currently working on writing our first lease agreement, our question is if we include all of the tenant's children/relatives etc... age 18 and older that will be living in the home on the lease and if the mother or father leaves, moves out, etc... will all of the remaining adults on the lease be fully and legally responsible to fulfill the remaining months on the lease? 

Hi there my aunt just inherited a home from her father who passed away the house is in a living trust she continues to reach out to the lawyer who drafted the trust but he will not return the call.

My father passed away and they had financial difficulties so during their whole time they lived there I didn't charge them rent or put a lease in place.

They applied as father/daughter.

Somehow it was discovered that the spouse and their lawyer/father never had a "formal" relationship, which I think means that an agreement must be present and consideration has to change hands.  

Now I have a private money lender, my father in law, that got me my last 3 houses and I had two quick deals pop up that I bought with cash advances on a couple credit cards

My father in law has been investing in multifamily homes in the Bronx, NY and finds his tenant's through HASA.
