They cannot reveal the name of the complainer for example against  another resident,Example: I complain to HOA that resident behind me is parking his vehicle on the street for more than 30 days...

Being from Jacksonville and investing in the same city, I can tell you that one street can be different from the next.

Renting is a two way street - show them the respect you want back.

That will probably be easy to ascertain by looking at the other homes on the street.

The neighborhood is in a good location and the other houses on the street are well taken care of - except for the house next door, which has holes in the roof and a backyard that looks like it hasn't been touched in five years.
