Kevin Given I was just listening the the newest episode of the BP Podcast about the people in their 30’s and one of the comments that was made is that those people had learned how to purchase property in any type of market.

Forget about the gross and look at the net..Seems like some kinda vacation rentalI know a lot of people investing in these type of properties and don't care much about the income but focus on how they can enjoy the property themselves with friends and family.. 

Jack I have direct experience with this property type in that exact area, PM me and i can go into details in private.

I'm wondering if anyone has advice on different elements of such a venture (did read good article from Mike Lacava from 2014), but wondering how best to size the build for my area, best type of lending to go after, other things to watch for in such a venture. 

As far as the limited supply, I think eventually cities will come back around to allowing MH or tiny home type communities because the demand is growing already and the shortage of affordable/starter housing will need to be addressed at some point in the near future.

What I’m trying to say is, you can find all types there and in surrounding sub markets, but it depends on what exactly you’re looking for.

However, those types of buildings (at least where I am from) are currently overpriced, or in really bad shape in bad neighborhoods.
