Forget about the gross and look at the net..Seems like some kinda vacation rentalI know a lot of people investing in these type of properties and don't care much about the income but focus on how they can enjoy the property themselves with friends and family..

As far as the limited supply, I think eventually cities will come back around to allowing MH or tiny home type communities because the demand is growing already and the shortage of affordable/starter housing will need to be addressed at some point in the near future.
