Cashapp is similar to Venmo, it can be linked to “square cash” and you can transfer large frequent amounts as a business for 1.5% after you exceed limit.

They deliver water to the property and bill the property owner, it is really none of their business if you sub-meter internally.Now, they may say you are "reselling" the utility and make a fuss ... where utilities are legislated monopolies resale is frequently prohibited/restricted.

But I do believe with the patriot act if one is to be making frequent 9900.00 cash deposits your banker will be looking at it.. at least at my small community bank where we have our accounts. if its a big national bank I dont know how they handle it.

As a frequent flyer to the Tahoe area I definitely believe this house will kill it with skiers in the winter and boaters/lake enthusiasts in the summer.We manage 75+ properties in FL, ranging from studios at $80 a night to 5 bedroom beach houses going over $2,000 a night.
