I think they both need to be served but fortunately, you know where they both live, so I doubt service will be an issue.At this point, even if tenant says "I promise both of us will move out by June", the mother has already expressed her intent to be difficult, so I would take anything the mother and daughter say from here on out with a grain of salt.

Some ways are better than others, and each state does have a way of sealing certain records.

My apartments have all tile floors, so there is no carpet to tear out or clean, but I will probably need to hire a grout cleaning company to re-clean and re-seal the grout between tenants, in order to make the unit presentable to prospective tenants.

Since all of the marriage joint is sealed by drywall, it is no way for the home appraisal to determine.

yea @Ryan Steele but we pay them a flat rate per year for unlimited snow and salt - so they did not come out ahead this year.Though I will be excited to maybe see grass again...

A lawyer worth his salt would advise accordingly however they would cutting theirown pay check and they usually don't do that.Thanks,Matt
