Currently we are about to finish our second year, and because it's a startup company I am not getting nearly the pay I truly need (no not being greedy, it's just literally significantly lower than where I should/could be).

Literally half of the lot is in a flood zone and the other half is not. 

I literally never have more than 2 days vacancy to flip the unit.
