I just asked a simular question about wholesale in mentors are very expensive and I'm a hands-on kind of person to learn but I have read a lot of books and watch a lot of videos I don't want to sound like a joke I want this to be my life and career any help I would appreciate it and good luck to your success

Maybe thats the move and then you can wholesale whatever you want.Are you a people person that just loves breakfast, lunch  and dinner meetings and is a 'connector' you can bring people together and get a piece of the action if done correctly by all parties.

I have never listened to a pod cast as I get board with them.there was a long thread on those that did listen to it and went out to try to buy properties from this persons company only to find out.. it was not what they thought. and in deeper discovery on those threads this guy has no real experience at this.. and is just a hyperbole internet type dude.I am sure his hey we all want to quit our day jobs and have passive income message is well received by you folks out there in BP land.. but you can't get there with the stuff he sells..

Write it up as a personal letter.When you do all that, then contact a local RE Agent to give you a list of all the houses in that neighborhood that have sold in the last 5 years with all cash.

I would like to start keeping books on my properties vs having their financial information buried in my personal finances.My questions for the community:1) If my goal is to eventually seek financing from others and therefore I will need P&L Statements and other reports on my properties, what software should I use - Quickbooks, Buildium, etc?
