In the case of buyers, although they may not consciously consider the quality of marketing materials into their choice of buyer's agent, it certainly plays a role in how they subconsciously form their opinion of you.With that said, there are so many different websites that offer very well designed and easy to edit templates for free, so a designers portfolio would really need to knock my socks off for me to be willing to pay for the design aspect alone.The more "full-service" offering, however, is something I definitely think you could have success with if packaged correctly.
