As a frequent flyer to the Tahoe area I definitely believe this house will kill it with skiers in the winter and boaters/lake enthusiasts in the summer.We manage 75+ properties in FL, ranging from studios at $80 a night to 5 bedroom beach houses going over $2,000 a night. 

When I enter a post and then subsequently hit the back arrow on my browser, it frequently takes me to old posts. 

Many also frequent some of the local investing clubs.

I've bought deals before, never wholesale, but from reading forum posts I've found that less than reputable practices seem to occur a bit more frequently in wholesale transactions, especially around deposits. 

You need to have a relationship with your buyers, call them frequently, even when you don't have a deal. 

One first one we didn't even vacuum or wipe down the counters, it was in such good condition.

Most of my time is devoted to my commercial RE business so other income streams have to go without a huge direct involvement or creating another JOB.Any income stream will have some work to create it.Case in point I go eat at Jersey Mike's subs frequently.
