Could also use removal of vinyl siding and painting but that's always a gamble since we never know what we'll find under the vinyl.So as you can see, it's not a great deal, but it's a free duplex with the financing (albeit not great) in place.

I do like how explicit their forms are, but I can probably delete a quarter of it as not applicable.By the time we have the lease, the non-standard addendum (so they shovel snow and mow the lawn), the rules and regulations, and the lead paint disclosure, that's too many pages!

On the other side the owner has turned on the dehumidifier again and the basement is painted so it is not possible to evaluate if there is water in other parts.
