Regarding location, I currently live in North Druid Hills and I love the area.

My concern is its sort of on a hill... so the house is on flat land but one corner of the house is very close to a steep hill, as in you can see some of the foundation on the side of the hill. 

I am not willing to compromise the more expensive area I want to live in because there are lots of hills/mountains there etc... 

I'd like to know how you view TDS in your categories.Two reasons I try to stay fairly 50/50 trust deeds and rental props are:1- deflation and inflation:   I don't know which will happen, deflation, I win on the TDS and inflation, I win on prop values and rents.2- cash flow and management are more reliable on TDS while rental properties are basically a business to run.Appreciate your thoughts,Joffrey LongGranada Hills, CA
